Cost per student
If 120 students or more attend the cost is: $4:00 per student (+ GST paid by the school and refunded with quarterly BAS)
If less than 120 students attend per session the minimum fee is $528 + GST ($480 + GST)
When booking 2 or more sessions in a day, the minimum total numbers required for all sessions may be averaged across all sessions for example: 1 session has 160 students and the other 80 students totaling 240 students.
Under special circumstances the minimum fee or a family rate may be negotiated, for schools in low socio-economic areas or when less than 120 students are attending.
