LOGISTICAL INFORMATION
Set up time: 30 minutes. George will arrive about 30 minutes before the start time.
Requirements: Darkened room
(It works to see everyone in the room but definitely NO direct sunlight - the darker the venue the more intense the colours on the screen)
- 2 standard size tables (80cm x 160cm approx)
- Power point
- Screen (If available)
- Sound system (If available - especially for large venues)
Duration: Actual Performance: 60 - 75 minutes.
Additional time is needed before the performance for the participants to arrive at the venue and settle.
Pack up time: 30 minutes. George will collect the cheque if ready with a copy of completed invoice from the office and leave a receipt.
