Do performers represented by i2i Management have Department of Education Approval and Working with Children Checks?
All performers managed by i2i Management have been approved by the NSW Department of Education and have a ‘Working with Children Check’, including George Evatt and Marcelle Bernard.

Do performers represented by i2i Management have current Public Liability Insurance?
All performers managed by i2i Management have current certificates of Public Liability Insurance, including George Evatt and Marcelle Bernard.

Where do I get an INVOICE and how is PAYMENT made?

  • The invoice is sent as an attachment with the Booking Confirmation email and can also be downloaded by clicking on the following links:

  • In order to complete the invoice numbers need to be finalised, ensuring the payment reflects the number of students attending or the session minimum, whichever is the greater plus10% GST paid by the school.
  • The cheque is to be made out to i2i Management ready for the presenter to collect by the end of the presentation, with a copy of the completed tax invoice detailing the number of students attending. (Should you be unable to have the cheque ready the day of the presentation, payment is to be mailed within 7 days) OR
  • Payment may be posted prior to the performance date if your school requires earlier payment, when the number of students attending will be equal to or less than the minimum students required as noted on the flyer.
  • The GST is paid by the school and is not collected from the students (it will be refunded by the ATO upon lodgement or your quarterly BAS).

Where do I get a performance/presentation FEEDBACK FORM?
A feedback form (or forms when you book more than 1 program), is sent as an attachment with the Booking Confirmation email. All feedback comments are valuable in assisting us to maintain high standard programs and provide a service that best meets your needs. We appreciate your time in completing the form after the program and returning it to us via fax, post or scan and email.

What is your CANCELLATION POLICY?
It is a condition of a confirmed booking that 28 days notice be given (during school term) before the scheduled presentation/performance date to cancel, or a minimum session cancellation fee applies. If a performance is cancelled with less than 28 days notice (during school term) before the scheduled presentation/performance date a full minimum per session fee applies as noted on the confirmation email. This cancellation fee is payable to i2i Management. Should you need to cancel a booking please do so ASAP to assist us with tour scheduling and our performers travel arrangements. Your cancellation request will be emailed to you as evidence of your cancellation with the date noted when you cancelled the booking.
